Taking over the family busines

Ever noticed how the Akatsuki appears to be like, run by the Uchiha's? I mean, there's Tobi, or Madara, or whatever, who Is obviously an Uchiha, Who give's orders to Pein. And Itachi was like, The ownage on the Akatsuki before he died. So, Why shouldn't Sasuke take over the family business once Itachi Died and Madara was out of the way?
